Are you passing through what seems like a fire right now in a bid to stick with the Lord’s plan? I know it can be difficult and I have been there. I encourage you to endure the heat, and if the plan is of God you will not be scarred. Many times, God’s plan is slow and sometimes painful, but it always leads to a better future. Read my experience:
Many years ago, in my early days in this country, I worked in a shop attached to a fuel station. This was where I received my greatest life lessons that set me on the right footing but also where I received my toughest temptations.
One day, a few black guys walked into the shop. They informed me that they would like to help me fast track my journey in the UK if only I would help them. They promised to pay me almost £1500-£2000 a week if only I would help them commit credit card fraud. Please note that this is a huge amount that few people earn in their lifetime.
They came time and again, like the devil came to Jesus. I refused like Jesus did. I DECIDED TO STICK WITH THE PLAN. God gave me 31 scriptures before I left the shores of Africa and none of them said, “I will defraud people to become rich.” The men went away telling me that I would die serving others in the UK.
They were wrong! God’s plan continues to prevail. The Lord exalted me because I kept to the plan despite the pain. In the face of adversity and great temptation, God’s plan for me pulled through.
You may be going through a tough patch right now. Please stick with the plan He has laid out for you and you will end up great. If you don’t yet have a blueprint from the Lord, please get one. Spend quality time with God in the Word and in prayer, or you will soon fall for the wrong things and derail.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV, paraphrased) says that God has a prosperity plan for you. It is not one that will put you in harm’s way but a plan that guarantees your great future.
The Lord bless you in this new month. #godsplanworks #godisneverlate
Philippians 2:8-9 – “[8] And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. [9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.”
