Pastor Sola…That’s what I call him. I have known this great man for a little over two years. Within this time he has been an active mentor to me. One of the values I admire most about him is his courage. I am a personal witness to how he has exemplified courage, whether in the face of public opinion or challenges, in business and life in general. Another area in which I have been inspired is leadership. I worked under him coordinating the Teens church at WMA Manchester. I love working for Andrew; his enthusiasm for bringing up children and his ability to speak hope into children, parents, and staff is evident. He has managed to cultivate one of the best working environments I have come across where there is an immense amount of love and joy. He certainly spoke hope into my life! We first met at the end of a church prayer meeting. We got chatting about our respective work in nurseries and he invited me to talk more in the office there. I ended up sharing about some challenges I was facing and he gave me some fantastic counsel born out of his own similar experience. It was greatly encouraging to find someone had been through exactly the same thing and had overcome fear and grown through the experience. I met Pastor Andrew at the lowest point in my life and needed another person’s faith to help me through.
